项目概述：
山沟沟风景名胜区位于杭州市西北郊余杭区鸬鸟镇，距杭州市区50公里。风景区规划总面积25平方公里，核心区6平方公里，有十八瀑、十八潭、浙北第一坡流、千羊石等景点。现已建成的汤坑、茅塘景点年接待游客10万人次以上。风景区内自然环境极佳，森林覆盖率达95%以上，野生动植物资源丰富，拥有杭州城区最高峰窑头山（海拔1095米）。该风景区已被中国人与生物圈国家委员会接纳为“中国生物圈保护区网络”正式成员。
拟建设项目：大麓寺复建、恢复新四军被服厂旧址、开发千羊石、十八瀑、十八潭景点及景区基础设施建设。

Project introduction:
Shangougou Scenic Area is located at Luniao Town of Yuhang District on the northwest suburb of Hangzhou. The distance to Hangzhou downtown is 50 km. The total scenic area’s planning area is 25 km2. The core zone is 6 km2. The scenic spots are Eighteen Waterfall, Eighteen Pool, the First Slope Flow in the North of Zhejiang and Thousand-Sheep Stone. The constructed scenic spots of Tang Hole and Mao Pool receive over 100,000 person times annually. The natural environment in the scenic area is excellent. The forest coverage rate is above 95%. The resources of wild animals and plants are rich. Yaotou Hill of the altitude of 1,095 metres is the highest peak in Hangzhou. Chinese & Biosphere National Committee has accepted this scenic area as the official member of China Biosphere Protection Network.
Proposed construction project: rebuild Dalu Temple, renew the site of New-Forth Army’s Quilt & Clothes Factory, develop Thousand-Sheep Stone, Eighteen Waterfall and Eighteen Pool and construct the basic facilities in the scenic area.
